Help can be found within the GUI under Online User Guide.

By using Online Support the user can register and may send listings, log files or protocols and comments via email to the support staff. Response times vary depending on the type of support contract in place and the nature of the support request.

The selection of Listings and Log Files (Protocols) occurs in the lower Dialog Window, you can view this by clicking the Protocol Switch:

In License Info the local computer name and TCP/IP Address are shown as they are listed in the licensing module.
